Process could not have been any easier! I was so stressed when I got side swiped on the freeway and car totaled by someone that was undocumented, I had heard horror stories of people being out of luck when it came to that. Matt and Esmeralda put my mind at ease by walking me step by step through everything and were easily accessible to reach if I had any questions or concerns!
