Matt Zavala Named to the 2027 Super Lawyers List

We are proud to share that founding attorney, Matt Zavala, has been selected to the 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers list.

This recognition means a lot to our firm. Super Lawyers is not something an attorney can buy or apply for. It starts with nominations from other lawyers, followed by independent research and a review by peers in the same practice area. No more than five percent of attorneys in the region are chosen each year. Knowing that other attorneys, including some Matt has gone up against, think highly of his work says a great deal about the way he practices.

Before opening Zavala Law, PC in 2018, Matt spent nearly ten years defending insurance companies and large corporations. He learned exactly how they evaluate claims, where they push back, and how they try to pay injured people less than they deserve. He started this firm to put that knowledge to work for the other side: people in Ventura County who have been hurt in car accidents, truck and motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, and other incidents that were not their fault.

From day one, our goal has been to run a firm where clients work directly with Matt, get their calls returned, and always know where their case stands. That has not changed, and it is not going to.
